Merlin is a beautiful wooden sailing craft built on the lines of a Victorian Bristol Pilot Cutter, using the same time-proven design and construction methods. She is comfortable, fast, safe, and easy to sail which makes her an ideal charter yacht for both experienced and novice crews. She is just right for family sailing holidays, weekend trips, racing, corporate charter and film work. Merlin can accommodate up to 8 in comfort for extended periods, and she can take 12 for day charters.

Launched in 2010, Merlin combines the qualities of a traditional yacht with the conveniences of modern life. She is fully equipped with the latest marine electronics, safety equipment and navigation systems, and all the facilities expected of a modern sailing boat.

Merlin is based on the River Hamble, in the sheltered waters of the Solent, close to Cowes, Yarmouth, Beaulieu, Lymington and Chichester Harbour and a short sail along the coast to the sandy beaches and chalk cliffs of Studland Bay.
